Us
Power of Perception, Inc. is a Black-owned nonprofit mentoring program based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, dedicated to uplifting and empowering African American and biracial youth in grades 6-12. Through mentorship, education, and community engagement, we provide young people with the guidance, support, and resources they need to navigate life's challenges and reach their full potential. At Power of Perception, we believe in the power of representation, connection, and opportunity. Our mentors—leaders from diverse backgrounds—work closely with students to foster personal growth, academic success, and leadership skills. We create a safe and inspiring space where youth can explore their ambitions, develop confidence, and build meaningful relationships that last a lifetime. Driven by our commitment to #ChangingLivesDaily, we strive to break barriers, create opportunities, and inspire the next generation of leaders.
