At P.O.P. (Power of Perception), we are more than mentors, we are family. Our team is deeply committed to uplifting Black and biracial youth by showing up with love, consistency, and purpose. We work with 6th–12th graders to help shape confident leaders, inspire big dreams, and remind our youth that their potential is limitless.

What we do goes beyond guidance or support. We intentionally create a safe, welcoming space where young people feel seen, heard, and valued; an environment where they can be their full selves without fear or judgment. Through mentorship, cultural connection, and genuine relationships, we stand in our youth’s corner, celebrating their wins and walking with them through challenges.

Our dedication is rooted in love, presence, and belief. We believe every child deserves people who pour into them, encourage their growth, and remind them they are never alone. This is the heart of P.O.P. a community built on trust, empowerment, and family.
